Key tasks

MISSION
You will enjoy serving quality food that is consistently outstanding and captivating to all senses, and working as part of a fun, talented & passionate team that is all about creating memorable experiences.
While able to explain the menu to guests, assisting those with special dietary needs pr preferences.
Offering advice on suitable beverages. Maximizing revenue by up-selling items. Taking of guest orders and entering into Micros. Delivery of food and beverage. Liaising with the Kitchen on special requests or delayed meals. Setting of conferencing rooms and servicing events as needed. Clearing and resetting of tables.

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
•Must have Passion for Food & Beverage and to deliver an outstanding service.
•Previous experience in a similar role in a large Hotel or Restaurant environment.
•Excellent attention to detail.
•Capacity to work well under pressure and multi-task, as part of a team as well as unsupervised
•Exceptional grooming and personal presentation.
•Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
•Flexibility of availability –weekends, public holidays.
•Legal right to work in NZ for a minimum of 12 months.
