Job description
Key tasks
- Assistant Executive Housekeeper has several services and areas under his/her responsibility such as Rooms, Public Areas, Florist, Linen and Uniforms.
- Inspect systematically those different sections and areas under his/her responsibility and look after their cleanliness and general aspect.
- Ensure a smooth operation to prevent and avoid any complaints.
- Handle complaints quickly either directly or through the section or department supervisor and report to his/her Manager.
- Maintain staff motivation.
- Control and supervise the grooming and the attire of the Housekeeping's staff.

Essential and optional requirements
- At least 3-4 years experience in the same position, has experience in Accorhotels Group is an advantage.
- Able to work long and irregular hours as and when required.
- Good interpersonal skills. Good administrator with a mind for detail. Well organized. Responsible, efficient.
- Good command of both written and spoken English & Thai.
