About the Job

 

The Supply Planner is responsible for ensuring the right Finished Goods Supply and Inventories to deliver our Customer Service Level targets at minimal cost. This role is part of the Supply Planning team in the Operations Department. As a spider in the web you will be working closely with Demand Planning, Logistics, Customer service, Activity Management, Quality and Sales.

 

The core job is to manage the supply of the FMCG (Dairy or Alpro) portfolio for the NL Business Unit. Ensuring the right supply to inventory levels that support the delivery of our customer service level ambition with optimum working capital and lowest possible cost. In order to do this:

·  You will be in contact with the factories on topics such as demand variation, production planning, stock settings and recovery or anticipation of plans.
·  You will be working closely together with Demand Planning to realize a high Forecast Accuracy and reduce write off and out of stocks.
·  You will be working closely together with the Customer Service team and Sales team to ensure availability and proper communication to customers in case of out of stocks
·  You will be working closely together with Activity Management to ensure a successful launch of all innovations

You are a collaborative team player who excels at connections across various departments and possesses strong stakeholder management skills. Your robust communication abilities enable you to effectively engage with individuals at all organizational levels, fostering productive working relationships. A proactive approach coupled with keen attention to detail is essential for success in this role.

Moreover, you are an ideal fit for this position because you:

· 
·  Hold a university degree in Supply Chain or a related field, with preferably 1-3 years of experience in similar roles.
·  Demonstrate resilience and strong problem-solving capabilities, unfazed by challenges.
·  Exhibit strong networking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
·  Possess fluency in English, a prerequisite for this position.
·  Additionally, if you possess an analytical mindset and extensive Excel proficiency, you could be the ideal candidate we are looking for
·  You already live in the Netherlands
