About the job

 

As Master Data Specialist, you are part of the Danone Business Services (DBS) Master Data team in Benelux and you are responsible for managing and optimizing various Alpro Master Data domains in the ERP system and other tools. You collaborate closely with cross functional teams, serving as first point of contact and putting the focus on the Product Life Cycle and data accuracy. You report to the Master Data Manager responsible for the supply points in Benelux and will be supporting the team in different projects and process improvements.

 

Your responsibilities include:

·  Accurate and timely creation of product, customer, transport and vendor master data in SAP and other tools
·  First point of contact for business teams (e.g. sales, customer service, planning, production) concerning operational issues with master data or requests to create/change data
·  Maintaining and optimizing master data accuracy
·  Pro-actively improve master data processes and documentation in line with business and system requirements
·  Participate in different business projects that include master data requests
·  Reporting and administration

About you

·  You have a Bachelor degree or comparable qualification in Business Administration, Data Management, or related field.
·  You have 1 to 2 years of proven experience in a similar role within master data, though school leavers are also welcome to apply since it concerns a temporary position.
·  Your awareness of potential business implications and ability to make decisions/recommendations appropriately allows you to multitask and thrive in a fast paced business environment.
·  You are accurate and attentive to details and your mantra is ‘first time right’.
·  You are professional, reliable, organized and friendly.
·  You are able to work independently and collaborate with your team members to solve complex business situation.
·  Experience with either SAP R/3 or SAP S/4HANA is a must and knowledge of GS1 standards are a plus.
·  You have experience with setting up and working with workflow tools and process automation tools.
·  Your advanced knowledge of MS-Excel and/or other reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) equips you with strong analytical and reporting skills.
