Description

Prepare, implement and manage a preventative maintenance program (CMMS). Coordinate various jobs related to equipment and preventative maintenance. Distribute tasks to maintenance teams and contractors. Perform job follow-ups.

Under the Maintenance Manager’s supervision, the incumbent shall:

· Prepare, implement and manage a preventive maintenance program (CMMS)
· Coordinate various tasks related to preventative maintenance of equipment and building via internal teams and contractors
· Prioritize and dispatch task to the maintenance team and contractors
· Follow-up on current work
· Order and control the inventory

Qualifications

· Three (3) years CMMS system experience.
· Two (2) years’ experience in a supervisory position.
· Self-motivated, proactive and committed.
· Superior organizational, leadership and interrelationship skills.
· Thoroughness and consistency.
· High proficiency level with Office and the Internet.
· Languages: Ability to communicate in French and English
