Job description
OCCUPATIONAL SUMMARY:
Performs duties in a factory environment to help determine machine and process capabilities, efficiencies, and product defects.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Evaluates manufacturing processes to improve productivity by performing ergonomic evaluations, simulations and time studies
· Performs cost analysis.
· Evaluates data for capacity and or machine utilization
· Ensures process quality- eliminate non conformances
· Support Production in reducing tooling and equipment downtime
· Prepare charts, graphs and reports using Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
· Real-time monitoring and reporting of Defects Per Unit (DPU) to Manufacturing Engineering and Operations teams.
· Performs other duties as required.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
Knowledge and skills:
· Microsoft Office skills in all areas.
· Dealing with complexity

· Presenting Technical Information
Education and/or Experience:

Requires high school diploma or equivalent. Prefer a college student working toward a degree in a related field of study.
