Job description



L'apprenti(e) ingénieur amélioration continue est l'animateur de la démarche de progrès sur le site.
Il va être acteur sur des missions de résolution de problèmes, de cartographie de flux, réduction des encours, et peut être amené à travailler en appui de 5S.
Son rôle est principalement de travailler sur la partie technique et analytique des projets de progrès.

Il est nécessaire pour l'ingénieur amélioration continue d'en maitriser les outils : 5S, VSM, TPM, SMED, Kaizen, Lean, résolution de problèmes (8D, QRQC), méthode Kanban, poka yoké (détrompeur), Management Visuel.

formation technique (Ingénieur) avec une bonne connaissance et compréhension des métiers et des problématiques de l'industrie, afin de pouvoir comprendre les problèmes dans leur ensemble et de proposer des solutions adaptées.
De par la fonction, ce poste va nécessiter à la fois de l'autonomie pour le collaborateur, de l'empathie pour comprendre les contraintes et problématiques des sujets étudiés, ainsi qu'une grande proactivité pour proposer des solutions adaptées
