The Zalando Partner Program enables selected partners to sell their articles on Zalando's international shopping platforms. Our customers can therefore have access to a wider range of articles and an increased product availability. The Integration Management Team ensures a seamless onboarding of new partners to all Zalando shops. In addition, the Integration Management drives and supports several topics in the field of logistics, customer service and customer satisfaction related projects for the Partner Program. The Integration Management Team therefore guides brands and retailers from the point of signing a contracts until the products are live online.

Zalando wants mountaineers: become a part of our Berlin team and take charge of a role to climb up to the pinnacle of the online fashion world, to start immediately.

 

Your Challenge

·  You support the Integration Managers with day to day operational tasks, such as setting up new partner accounts, troubleshooting partner queries and creating presentation material for partner workshops
·  You manage a small portfolio of partner integrations independently. You own the communication to the client and are responsible for a successful integration of this partner to Zalando.
·  You work closely with other departments and are the contact person for Technology, Logistics, Customer Service and Accounting topics during the integration phase
·  You develop and optimize processes for the Partner Program Team and drive the Integration Management forward

What You've Got

·  You have a bachelor’s/ master’s degree or initial  work experience
·  You have excellent organizational skills and have an eye for detail even when working under pressure
·  You have excellent communication skills
·  Your independent and results-oriented way of working singles you out
·  You have a passion for technology and the fashion industry
·  You are an experienced user of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel and Powerpoint
·  You are fluent in English and in German; knowledge of other European languages is a plus
