Bottom line, most mid-size organizations pay their mountain of invoices no different than they did 30 years ago. Lots of paper, a room full of people, manual opening and review of each envelope, the painstaking monotony of typing invoice data into accounting systems, and then chasing down Joe or Sue to approve payment (yuck).

Your Role

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator, a real marketing and sales enthusiast, to reinforce our global marketing organization and to accelerate our already rapid growth. The role of Marketing Coordinator is to coordinate and support marketing driven projects and ensure they are delivered in a timely manner.
You will be part of a team of really bright and ambitious people to contribute in rapidly expanding the long list of delighted Yooz customers. You will help finding those prospects, wow them, close them, and love them so they never leave. Yooz is an amazing SaaS product combined with one kick-ass group of sales, presales and marketing specialists.

Your Mission

We see the role of marketing as creating new customers, fostering innovation and driving customer centricity.
Your mission is to contribute to the execution of the marketing roadmap defined by the Yooz marketing leadership.
You will be a champion of Yooz and will assist the marketing team in articulating value, innovation and differentiation, explain the incredible ROI of Yooz, inspire and sell the future of Yooz; both inside our company and across our target market.
You will maintain strong working relationships with other Yooz personnel in Sales, Services, Marketing and Product Management teams worldwide.

Your Responsibilities

- Support the marketing department across a broad range of marketing, operations and demand generation initiatives.
- Support system-wide marketing ecosystem advertising, digital channel, and communication strategies and marketing automation platforms to attract and retain prospects and build brand awareness.
- Lead assignment and monitoring.
- Leverage HubSpot analytics to optimize and report on demand generation nurture campaigns.
- Leverage WordPress for website updates and content publishing.
- List cleaning and optimization.
- Work with the marketing project manager to help develop, schedule and deliver content that meets campaign nurturing specifications and cadence. Subsequent measurement and reporting of open/click rates for each campaign initiative.
- Possesses the ability to grow and connect with various audiences as well as support marketing initiatives.
- Under management direction, execute robust webinar schedule.
- Conference support.
- Monitor industry news.
- Work with marketing team to coordinate day-to-day activities that lead to the on-time completion of projects and tasks.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

- Minimum 2 years working in a B2B marketing department/division.
- Bachelor’s degree in business with a Major: Marketing (preferred), Communication, Public Relations or related field.
- Passion and the initiative for creating innovative marketing initiatives while measuring results against KPIs.
- Experience leveraging, managing and posting to social media channels and reputation management.
- Experience posting to and monitoring business social media accounts.
- Experience working Adobe Suite including InDesign.
- Experience utilizing and leveraging LinkedIn to expand brand awareness footprint.
- Proficient with the full Microsoft Office (specifically Excel, PowerPoint), marketing automation platforms, Hubspot, Salesforce.com and SmartSheet.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
- Strong copywriting, editing and proofing skills.
- Superior organizational skills and ability to complete tasks without being micromanaged.
- Self-motivated, high level of initiative and innovative style.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Customer-centric.
- Ability to work well on a team in a start-up mode: dynamic, fast growing, international.
- Aptitude for technology.
- Knowledge of Accounting and Accounts Payable is a plus.
- Fluent in English and French.
