Meetic-Match Group, a WONDERLEON company, is looking for a Data & Business Analyst EMEA-APAC.

Match Group is the Global Leader in Dating, with a portfolio of 45 brands (Match, Meetic, Tinder, etc.) available in nearly every country in the world. Within Match Group, Meetic Group manages European businesses, and supports our APAC (Asia / Pacific) and EMEA (Europe Middle East / Africa) properties as well.
The Analytics & Strategy Department stands in a central position, and continuously pushes to increase data-driven efficiency. We are looking for a Data & Business Analyst who will mainly focus on APAC & EMEA properties.
You will work from Paris, within the Analytics & Strategy Department, and benefit from your peers' knowledge. You will connect with the teams overseas to establish a fruitful working relationship. You will help them identify and address their analytical challenges, and you will guarantee interpretations are consistent on both ends.
Our rich data ecosystem will lead you to work on many different domains: acquisition and marketing analytics, consumer experience, CRM, pricing and business models optimization, fraud fight and much more!

-Business partner:
Understand the remote teams' ways to operate and to monitor their business, define links with the KPIs followed by the HQ, and align vocabulary
Perform and/or coordinate various business & data analyses, format and share results and insights to different audiences
Grow analytics maturity of your key points of contact
Contribute to the competitive intelligence effort in APAC/MEA, about dating and related industries, to identify winning business models and monetization levers

-Analytics engineer:
Design and build the tools required to make KPIs available to both the remote teams and the HQ
Assist remote teams in their implementation of the best answers to data & analysis needs
Continuously collaborate with IT & BI teams to access the data, ensure its quality and availability

Profil recherché

You are graduated from an Engineer School or you hold a Master's degree in Mathematics or computer science. You have at least 2 years of relevant experience in the field of data analysis and reporting. You are fluent and able to work in English with no backup. You are a business oriented problem solver, you are analytical, you love data and collaborate with others.

Appreciated skills
* Qlikview or other BI tools
* VBA progamming

* Advanced knowledge and background on Mathematics / Statistics}
