As the European leader in Agile & Digital Transformation, Wemanity is currently growing its Belgian Guild with new members: Experienced Agile Coaches, Lean & Agile Coaches and Scrum Masters.
Who we are
Created in 2013, Wemanity is a Transformation Agent nurturing startups & intrapreneurs. We are already nearly 200 members gathered in our offices of Brussels, Amsterdam, Paris, London and Madrid and working for international clients in 19 countries.
We transform organizations and build products, services & companies for our clients.
Our way of working and our internal ecosystem help our clients to get in the Agile Driving Force and bring the Think and Act like in a Startup mode.
What we are looking for
Before competencies, we look for people sharing our values of Fun, Excellence, Goodness & Creativity. We are deeply entrepreneurish and are bringing continuous improvement in all our initiatives.
We expect from you to speak at least 2 languages (English & Dutch or French), to have 2-5 years experience in promoting Agile and Lean methods (Scrum, KanBan, XP and scaling frameworks like SAFe, Spotify, DAD, LeSS) and to be in the mindset of co-creation with our teams and our clients.
