Managing the corporate housing
• Update occupation planning.
• Check in check out / inventory and studios conditions back up.
• Organization and check of Cleaning of studios.

On current relocation files:
• Prepare relocation file arrival, move, and departure.
• Setting mandatory contract and document for different relocation steps: home insurance, boiler maintenance contract, utilities hook ups.
• Helpline: assisting employee in letter translation and comprehension in current matters when possible.
• Updating and posting employee ads apartment and sales of furniture.

On Internal Documentation, relocation library and internal relocation blog:
• Post and Update information sheets French /English, on official and legal matters and relocation process, French legal procedures with prefecture: Driving license exchange, car registration, updates Ads and update of agency apartment listing.
• Update of the real agencies and landlords network and repertoire.

Profil recherché

Requirements:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French (verbally and in writing).
• Excellent skills pack office (excel PP) and internal communication tools.

Profile:
• Candidate should be studying towards a BAC+2 (minimum).
• Service and solution oriented, extremely organized, curious, resourceful.
