Poste et missions:
TITLE: Cost Reduction Junior Project Manager
FUNCTION/BUSINESS UNIT/ENTERPRISE: Project Manager / Drive Line & Suspension Control / WABCO
REPORTING TO: Project Manager (Solid)
SCOPE AND IMPACT OF THE POSITION ON THE ORGANISATION:
- Ensure proper execution of CRP (Cost Reduction Project)
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish/maintain detailed timeplan per project
- Establish/maintain Project Risk Assesment
- Execute CRP respecting QCD targets and coordinating project cross functionnal team
- Ensure Escalation in case of any QCD risk
- Identify and engage new projects for execution
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:
- CRP Rigth First Time On Time
- CRP Saving at AOP Level (Annual Operations Plan)
- CRP reservoir at AOP Level
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Degree preferably in Engineering
Experience in the automotive industry
QCD experience (incl. cost estimation and value analysis)
Experience in matrix environment is an asset
Fluent in English
