We are looking for a contracting manager responsible for the cities of Barcelona and Madrid.


Your mission:


You must take care of getting exclusive offers every week with different hotels in the cities of Barcelona and Madrid.



Tasks and responsibilities:


Hotel contracting
1. Contract new hotels and ensure commercial follow up with existing ones
2. Produce reporting on sourcing activity and offer performances

Competitor analysis
1. Our commitment to our members is to deliver the best prices and deals in the market. This is why knowing and analysing the competition is essential for each and every flash sale
2. You will have the responsibility for the two steps analysis: compare prices with the same products across key competitor websites, but also compare prices in similar hotels in the same location.

Prepare products for publication
1. To maximise your results, it is key that you keep a close eye on how your products look like in our websites like the images, descriptions, prices displayed on each flash sale
2. You must work on tight deadlines as each newsletter must go out on time every week
3. For each flash sales you must ensure that you supply to our Content and Loading teams all the key elements for each offer (% discount, Excel price sheet detailing all elements include child pricing, single supplements, etc…)


Qualifications

Qualities we are looking for are:
• Negotiation skills with a first experience in the hotel industry or with OTAs
• Comfortable working with numbers, quick learner, details oriented, team player, loves challenges and can work under pressure
• Proficient using Excel
• Fluent English and Spanish por supuesto
• Good knowledge of Barcelona and Madrid markets
• Strong personality
