VivaSanté is looking for a VIE Finance for its Brazilian subsidiary. The VIE will report to LM Farma CFO.
Location: Sao Jose dos Campos (Sao Paulo – Brazil)
Duration : 24 months March 2015-February 2017. If goals are met, permanent contract as a Financial controller for the Viva Santé operations in Latam.
Responsibilities:
 Responsible for the subsidiary monthly financial reporting (both Industrial and Commercial)
 Coordinate operational reporting with the department managers (Commercial, Industry, HR, Quality, R&D)
 Follow-up and develop Sales Force Effectiveness indicators to follow-up and improve our sales performance
 In charge of the Budgeting process (Annual Budget & quarterly rolling forecast)
 Internal control: ensure that local practices are in line with Group standards
 Modeling business plans for Business Development projects (new activities / new countries launches, licensing in / out, acquisitions, etc.)
 Assessment of local IT tool and potential recommendation for a switch to SAP

Profil recherché

3)Education & Languages
1st line Business school or Engineering school
Ideally: 1st successful experience of 2 to 3 years in controlling / audit / transaction services
Advanced level in Excel
Fluent English
Ideally Advanced Brazilian
