Description de la mission

Our subsidiary Geocean Entrepose is a leading player in the field of maritime works and has for more than 30 years been providing solutions tailored to the needs of customers in the fields of oil, gas,water, environment or major works.

 

We are looking for a project control manager W/M

·  In charge of implementing the project control procedures in the Headquarters that encompass budget management, trending, cost estimating, recording of commitments and payments, and reporting project progress (engineering, procurement and construction);
·   Implementation of a fully linked and resourced schedule, updated according to progress and analysis of potential delay regarding baseline.
·  Financial control and reporting, with the assistance of a Cost Controller. Invoicing and cash control.
·   Establishing and Updating Monthly Reporting and the Internal Reporting (EVM, KPI...)
·   Setting-up and follow-up of Earned Value Management (excel and others)
·   Pilot the control of letters and documentation with the assistance of document controller
·  Support to the Project Managers for the analysis and management of risks and opportunities, in particular with respect to schedule and contingencies
·  Support to the Project Manager in administrating the contract with the Consortium and Client

Candidate Requirements :

·  Graduate engineer or any equivalent studies/experience combination
·  Fluency in French and English

 

Experiences :

·  General: more than 5 years’ experience in the Project Control functions: Planning, cost control, reporting
·  Specific: first experience in project control role in construction projects
