Pre-Commissioning Mechanical Inspector

Job description

PRE-COMMISSIONING MECHANICAL INSPECTOR is required by our Client, an Oil and Gas Contractor, to be assigned on a contract basis, located in Ensandada, Mexico.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
·  Good understanding in Brown Field and Green Field Projects.
·  Ensure that pre-commissioning progress is in line with the project requirements by identifying any potential schedule delays and recommending mitigation actions.
·  Contribute to the sign-off process of pre-commissioning task sheets in their respective disciplines.
·  Interface and communicating with construction team to optimize pre-commissioning and commissioning schedule.
·  Ensure that system Clients are assigned and that punching, hold and witness points are consistently applied.
·  Continuously review progress against plan and identifying areas of concern.
·  Review generated reports and provide support and guidance as required.
·  Assist commissioning team in commissioning and handover activities.
