Expert in energy and information technology, VINCI Energies (63,000 employees and revenues of 10.2 billion euros) designs, carries out and maintains solutions for industry, services and local authorities.Actemium Trappes is a member of VINCI Energies' network of industrial business units and specializes in mechanical and electrical assembly lines as well as benches and test means for the automotive and aeronautic industries .

Actemium Trappes is currently commissioning for AIRBUS an A320 aircraft assembly line in Hamburg and in this context is recruiting a Commissioning Lead Engineer M/W. The job is based in Hamburg.

  

JOB DESCRIPTION

Actemium Trappes is currently designing and implementing an assembly line on the Airbus site of Hamburg . This line will increase AlRBUS production capacity to assemble the AFT fuselage of the A320 aircraft. The automated line consists in geometry tooling and assembly robots.

 

Vou report to the Local Project  M anager, you will:

Review the testing procedures
Ensure assembly feasibility, sequencing stages,
Verify the installation completion before testing
Manage all commissioning activities (mainly mechanical, electrical and automation) of your section and in that regard coordinate sub-contractors and manage interfaces
Be responsible for all equipment's approval on site
ln liaison with the site managers, manage the coactivity with the construction (punch lists)
Manage the commissioning schedule and report to the project scheduling. - Report on a daily basis to Airbus and to the Actemium project team
Organize the testing reports and the acceptance of such reports by Airbus
Be responsible for Health and Safety  issues related  to  the testing activities.

 Vou will work in close coordination with the project managers, site managers, HSE ma nager, planning manager and the automation/ electric / mechanic / geometric leaders.

PROFILE

Engineer, you are imperatively fluent in English (French and/or German speaking appreciated).
Vou have a minimum of 5 years' experience in multi technical commissioning (automotive or aeronautic industry appreciated).
Vou have a good general knowledge of mechanics, electrical and automation (geometry and robotics appreciated)
