·  Analyse et monitoring / supervision de systèmes de télécommunications - compréhension de l'acheminement des appels de bout en bout (depuis l'opérateur jusqu'à l'utilisateur)
·  participation aux weekly
·  Partie BUILD : participation aux projets de téléphonie
·  Participation en tant qu'expert à l'évolution des outils clients 

Troubleshoot d'incident : Support N2 télécom

·  Résolution incident et anomalies téléphonie 
·  Investigation d'incident 
·  Niveau N2 

Environnement technique : Oracle, Cisco, SBC, ECB, EOM, Session Border Controller, Enterprise Communication Broker, Enterprise Oracle Manager, VXML (Vloice over XML)

De formation Bac+5 en École d'ingénieur ou équivalent, vous justifiez d'une expérience d'au moins 2 ans dans l'environnement de Voix sur IP.

Nous recherchons une personne disposant tout ou partie de ces compétences :
- Expérimenté en technologies réseau et voix sur IP : protocole SIP, call flows, IPBX, SBC, Oracle, Cisco, ECB, EOM, VXML (Vloice over XML)
- Soft skills : capacité d'adaptation aux environnement clients (Service Pilot), capacité d'analyse, esprit de synthèse, autonomie, curiosité, être force de proposition
- Bon niveau d'anglais technique.
