Job Description
   GENERAL MISSION

Reporting to the Production Manager of the plant, your mission is to organize the activity of one or more teams of operators and line conductors, which you are superior. You are tracking manufacturing according to safety, hygiene and environment, and the production requirements (quality, cost, time, quantity).

MAIN ACTIVITIES

- Identify the characteristics of the order and plan production stages
- Select the machines, the appropriate tools, allocate activities between teams and assign staff on workstations
- Monitor and check the supply of production lines in materials and consumables
- Analyse the activity data, production inefficiencies and recommend corrective actions
- Interpret analysis results from quality controls
- Check the implementation of hygiene rules, safety and quality
- Provide technical support to the team, as well as production support services
- Monitor and verify the activity elements and personnel management
- Introduce and implement improvement actions through problem solving tools and through piloting specific projects (productivity, usability, implementation, security, 5S ...)
- Integrate conducting trials on new products and monitor their implementation in industrial production
- Coordinate and schedule maintenance work according to the production requirements
- Identify his team's skills needs (training, flexibility, mobility, ...)
- Train staff on procedures, techniques, production processes, tools, instructions ...
- Participate in the development or evolution of maintenance and production procedures, data sheets, monitoring tools

Education & training
   You have a level Bac +2 , preferably predominantly technical

Areas of experience
   Experience required in animation production team (minimum 2 to 3 years)
