Job Description
   Within the GEEDS Finance Department, as management controller, your main responsibilities are :
- Manage MTP, Budget, Reporting processes for all GEEDS perimeter (France, India, Egypt, China)
- Contribute to understand and validate the financial performance of this perimeter
- Support sites management controllers
- Manage external financing (French tax credit, subsidies)
- Ensure reliability of financial statements (MAF/IFRS rules compliance)
- Participate to actions for management tools development in a lean approach
- Supervise, understand and challenge GEEDS PG monthly closing.
- Provide analysis of monthly results to the management
- Coordinate budget and MTP processes (guidelines, recharges, standard templates, specific analysis,…)
- Benchmark and standardize management control tools
- French tax credit calculation and validation
- Manage GEEDS sites invoicing process
- Lead cost control
- Manage communication between the PG and the SSC
- Participate to workshops for Group tools improvement,
- Lead tools/processes improvement actions/projects
- Achieve specific ad-hoc analysis

Team Management
   No

Education & training
   Business school/MBA degree with a major in Finance, Audit, Management Control, or a Management Degree

Areas of experience
   -3 years min in Finance, Audit, Management Controlling -Results and service oriented, good relationship skills, rigorous, autonomous, curiosity -SAP skills would be a plus -English mandatory
