- Defines Valeo transverse Standards for mechatronic design , promotes them, checks the effective implementation on the
- Coaching of new mechanical design entities in mechatronic fields
- Defines mechatronic design roadmap
Standards: In the technical fields defined by the Mechanical Operational Committee
-Inventory of the current standards in PGs
-Analysis and comparison of those standards.
-Evaluation of their efficiency and interests.
-Impact on the design process and on industrial process
-Proposal and enhancing on the best practice
-Writing, validation of best practices becoming standards, and new standards
-Implementation in the PGs
-Follow up and checks during the design reviews
--Identify and write trainings linked with the standards
Coaching of new mechanical entities:
-Identification of technical weaknesses
-Personal technical coaching and training
Mechatronic design roadmap and working groups
-To built and maintain the mechatronic competencies mapping of Valeo
- To propose the roadmap
- Member (at least) of related working groups (ie TFG)
Education & training
Master Degree in Engineering with a specialization in mechanics & electromechanical engineering
Areas of experience
20 years minimum in mechatronic expertise of complex product in mass production environment Has personally contributed to developed large serial products
