Missions

In the framework of your functions, you will define and update the Business Processes related to the developments activities with the following responsibilities: • Gather, identify high level business needs to feed the definition / update of the road map • Comply with the road map of processes to be handled / updated • Mobilize the other functions / métiers / networks necessary for the Business activities: business cases, quick-wins, process definition, user acceptance tests, ... • Implement BPA Methdology (BRDs, BVCs, Digitalization, … ) • When new tool or improvement is needed, ensure : o The evaluation & validation of payback o The definition for Business acceptance criteria o Whenever needed organize the project management o Build, Deploy, Support the necessary trainings o Secure that the full deployment is achieved

Engineer or Master of Science degree

Fields of experience

-3 years of Experience minimum in implementation of BPM/BPA solutions and management of Information Systems for different technical métiers with animation of key user communities, in Automotive or at least in related Industry. - -Good knowledge of business processes in R&D context and Information Systems are required - -Fluent English level mandatory
