Job Description
The Aftermarket OES Account Manager is a job position within Visibility Systems Business Group and for the Wipers Systems Aftermarket Product Line. He/she refers to the WAM Business Development Manager Europe.
He/she will share his/her time between the headquarter La Verrière (2 days) and Saint-Denis (3 days) to work closely with Valeo Service OES.
He/she is in charge of monitoring and to developing the Valeo European OES business portfolio by ensuring profitable growth and customer satisfaction.
In collaboration with VS Sales & Marketing teams and with Skawina and Issoire/Reilly, Bursa Wipers Systems Product Group plants, he/she manages customer offers from the demand to the delivery; builds technical & commercial strategies and analyses; supports VWS interests in front of the customer if necessary.
As responsible of his/her portfolio, he/she follows and reports his/her results, manages the Industrial Planning with Logistics, forecasts and budgets his activity, and draw action plans up.
To achieve the mission, he/she counts on his/her good relationships and organization skills to deal with a high number of on going projects (trend, RFQs/RFI) and various interlocutors (GMs, Projects, Logistics, Finance, Marketing, Sales teams and customers).
