Trade Marketing specialist
JOB SUMMARY:
· Preparing plans/activities for TT channels (distributor, C&C, sub-wholesale, retail serviced directly, retail serviced via distributors' SF, retail non-serviced)
· Initiating, implementation and execution of prepared activities/plans on channel level
· Coordination of Customers activities
· Current monitoring of brands and categories in channels and preparation of necessary solutions that enable problem solving
· Developing channels by seeking and implementing new solutions that increase turnover and shares
· Close cooperation with Marketing and Customer Development in order to develop channel plans/activities (including promo activities);
· Active participation in Business Team dedicated for particular category;
· Control and effective budget management
· Control and effective management of POS materials (implementation and execution of materials);
· Coordination of information flow between Head Office – Field
REQUIREMENTS:
· At least 2-3 years of experience in Trade Marketing / Customer Development in FMCG;
· Trade marketing knowledge (TT channel);
· Sales experience or visible orientation;
· Presentation, communication and analytical skills;
· Good command of English.
