Savoury & desserts portfolio manager

Location : Poznan or Warsow

Main Accountabilities:

· Taking responsibility for a portfolio management including such brands like
· Building local category knowledge and understanding.
· Creating local input for category strategy
· Taking responsibility for a strategic pricing on the market
· Tracking category performance, proposing and implementing corrective actions
· Deploying global project
· Undertaking implementation of designed category strategy for North Eastern Europe area
· Building long term and strong business relations to our clients

Our Expectations:

· 3+ years' experience of strategic marketing, FMCG best, HoReCa segment even batter
· Practical experience in planning and executing marketing budgets
· Experience in media planning, designing and implementing brand activations
· Knowledge about consumer research tools, marketing market analyses to be of use in a decision making process
· Digital conversion know how
· Fluent written and spoken English is a must
· Project management skills
· Out of the box thinking skills
· Strong analytical skills
· Ability to work under pressure on a demanding and challenging market
· Very good presentation skills – ability to build logical and synthetic conclusions
