Job description

MAIN JOB PURPOSE
· The role of the Sales Training Assistant Manager/Executive is to help the Sales Training Manager in executing field coaching, sales training workshops and other related activities and effort to support sales people in developing their skills to meet business needs and their current/future role.
· The main responsibility is to support the Sales Training Manager in implementing training and sales focused projects to ensure the transfer of skills in Sales team and Sales Leader based on the local sales training plan.
· The ultimate impact this role brings is that through application and implementation of the various sales training and development activities, this will assist the sales people in achieving their sales targets/business results efficiently and effectively.

JOB SUMMARY

· Implement Training Plan covering milestones and timeline.
· Monitor sales job skill profile, drive the sales skill assessment and skill gap analysis with Sales Training Manager and Sales Leaders.
· Implement learning needs and aligned to the business needs.
· Administer and support the roll-out of training plan in terms of class room or field training for Sales team in line with required standards.
· Evaluate training and report on the skill improvement with Sales Training Manager.
· Support the Sales Training Manager in coordinating training programs based on the training calendar.
· Work with the Sales Training Manager to ensure that training materials are appropriate for local training needs.
· Implement learning culture and synergy among all the sales teams.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

· Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field of studies.
· Minimum two (2) years' work experience in training and development.
· Experience in consumer goods or food service industry is preferred.
· Experience in sales or sales fundamentals will be an added advantage.
