Job description

Part-time role working Monday, Tuesday & Friday initially offered on a 6 month fixed-term-contract with the likelihood to extend.

The role:
This is a job-share working 3 days per week at our Sydney CBD or North Rocks office. There is also an option to work flexibly (i.e. from home).

You will be supporting our Sales Operations team in collating and managing promotional data accuracy to ensure accurate finance processing.

You will be dealing with financial data so understanding of sales principals is required such as accruals, rebates, forecasting and invoices.

You are very comfortable working on multiple systems such as SAP and have a keen eye for detail and data discrepancies. You also have advanced Excel skills as you will be using this daily.

You are:
You must be able to work Monday, Tuesday & Friday. You are an experienced administrator who enjoys the fast pace, dynamic & reactive environment that a sales team can provide.
