QA Line Technologist

MAIN JOB PURPOSE:
The QA Line Technologist is responsible for testing, analysis, documentation and monitoring of quality parameters.

JOB SUMMARY
· Monitors environmental cleaning and pest control treatment of production area and recommends improvements in the cleaning program and its implementation.
· Conducts cGMP monitoring and audit of all production facilities, machines, excess materials (RM/PM), and personnel (regular and contractual) before and after production or as needed to ensure implementation and compliance to Unilever GMP standard
· Discusses results of audit / monitoring with concerned Supervisor and recommends action points. Conducts follow up on compliance to committed action plans and timetable.
· Conducts random sampling for raw and packaging materials being used for production.
· Ensures that all ice cream or mixes produced comply with the standard quality parameters set by R&D group through process monitoring, micro and cut-out sampling.
· Encodes, reviews and analyzes all data gathered during process monitoring (SPC encoding/ CRQS monitoring for shopfloor & ex-factory), QCP's / CCP's monitoring, including line exceptions as documented through CPAR and QBO for specifications update, process and line quality improvements of both Takehome and Out of Home products.

KEY REQUIREMENTS
· Graduate of BS Chemistry with at least 1-year technical experience.
· Fresh graduates are still welcome to apply.
· A Licensed Chemist is an advantage.
· Computer literate and good communication skills: competent in report writing and training.
· Has good problem solving skills and critical-thinker.
· Food manufacturing experience is an advantage.
