You and your future role:
This newly created role will support our Home Care & Personal Care categories in accelerating strategic Net Revenue Realization (NRR) and profit growth.

Core focus for your role will be driving the local Net Revenue Management (NRM) agenda and strengthening the business teams on NRR, pricing capability and unlocking opportunities across the channels.

The role requires supporting both the Home Care & Personal Care GMs on NRM Strategy and deployment/implementation. Key responsibilities include:

· Lead ‘always-on' NRM reviews using all key data points
· Business partner categories on key short term and long term NRM strategy that optimise price, promo and profitability, and meet Strategic Price Index (SPI) benchmarks
· Actively project manage implementation of key priority interventions
· Participate in category business team discussions, bringing the voice of the ‘Revenue Officer' to drive the right pricing, promotional and mix decisions
· Hold business teams accountable for delivery of NRM roadmap
· Champion NRM methodology and develop NRM solutions/innovations to step-up capability within ANZ
· Train cross-functional staff members: where to find/how to extract/ interpret key NRM inputs

You already have extensive revenue management experience with very strong analytical & modelling skills. You are passionate about ‘big data', and able to easily decipher trends and key insights from multi data sources. You will be able to demonstrate a deep understanding of the ANZ FMCG market including price indexes and tracking along with promo & non-promo value and volume tracking.

You are able to overlay your commercial acumen to provide the right advice to your stakeholders, to drive business results in line with strategy. You are a trusted business partner and able to influence at all levels to drive the right NRM outcomes.
