Job description

MAIN JOB PURPOSE:

o Drive volume and share growth achievement by translating channel / category plans into implementable brand / SKU level, customer-wise action plans.
Drive RTM as per UA strategy in his respective Region / Channel

o Ensure implementation and adherence to all elements of Category Channel Strategy

o Market input into the creation of Channel Strategies

o Implementation of channel strategies

o Receive Channel score card & ensure corrective action at his respective territory

o Implement all trade category related projects including Perfect Store, CATMAN and other special projects.

o Responsible to deliver the objectives for Perfect Store for his respective region

o Execute all projects related to PS agenda (Bushfire ,My Store etc)

o Train and develop filed personal capabilities to be well align with PS agenda.

o Filed coaching and creating mindset for field personal for PS changes and development (Sales force & Merchandisers).

o To provide a robust value added interface between sales team and channel manager by taking on the accountability of the following functions:

o track and monitor implementation of all activities for his respective region / channel through merchandising & sales team.

o Enroll and track innovation in his respective region / channel / customer as per the plan

o Ensure flawless execution of all in market activity & contracts implementation through merchandiser & sales team.

o monitor monthly retail audit and suggest plan for any share lost
implement and drive objective of CM activity
Develop local activation based on local need and customer calendar theme

o Ensure on time implementation of all designated activation (local / central)
Participate & input to the channel / category blue print process

KEY REQUIREMENTS

· Achieve IMS, distributions and visibility targets for UA categories in his respective channel
Implement in-market trade schemes and promotions to achieve category objectives.
Actively monitor competitor's activities and suggest / implement suitable action.
Provide sales forecasts in line with sales trends and sales plan.
Responsible for implementation of innovation plans by channel. Ensure relevant briefing for all sales teams and provide necessary support to ensure swift roll out.
Accountable for the effective management of the support expenditure budget for his respective region / channel.
Deploy sales budgets e.g. TPR, Display, SFIs, effectively to achieve category objectives
Drive RTM excellence & execution in his respective region /channel as per the UA channel plan
