MAIN JOB PURPOSE:
The main purpose of the IT Analyst role is to support the IT Manager within area of responsibility as a representative for IT, including the IT Service lines, Global functional Business partnering and innovation, to the assigned business portfolios within the ANZ business. Acting as the point of contact for IT, the IT Analyst will provide support in terms of operations, processes, key challenges, business needs and opportunities. To be successful in the role, you will need to under stand the key interfaces into Global & Local IT Innovation, Service Lines & Service Operations within scope of responsibility and work effectively with these teams in the delivery of IT Services to the business in line with the SLA's.

JOB SUMMARY
· Business Partnering - engage with business teams within the area of responsibility to communicate and scope the IT plan.
· Innovation Activation - Undertake activation activities for Global IT Innovation & Service Line activation programs including but not limited to HR and Legal functions.
· Application Services - Undertake the necessary activities to provide L2/3 support for local applications within area of responsibility
· Existing Global IT Services - Support the delivery of global IT services that relate to functional area of responsibility.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
· Experience in a similar role within IT
· Tertiary qualifications in IT or any other related discipline
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Must be an excellent conceptual thinker and problem solver with a technical mindset
· Strong project management skills
· Ability to effectively use and explain structured design and process methodologies
