Internship Marketing Transformation

MAIN JOB PURPOSE:

As an (international) intern, you will join the marketing transformation team and work on global brands at our international headquarters in Rotterdam. We drive global capabilities within the marketing organization. You will develop an unique cross-category/ cross-country business view.

JOB SUMMARY
· Working on the biggest European innovation projects of Unilever
· Gaining insights from performance data
· Make information and knowledge available within the business
· Work closely with various business partners to gain data and understanding
· Organize workshops and cascades to embed key business enablers
· Support the marketing transformations team

KEY REQUIREMENTS
· Analytical confidence and proactive thinkers;
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Capable to build strong relations across categories and with regions;
· Good business sense & sense of urgency when needed;
· An independent worker and self-starter always striving to deliver an excellent performance;
· Able to filter relevant feedback while keeping a global mind set;
· A personality who provides real clarity on what others are accountable for and takes responsibility for doing what they say they will do;
· Excellent Excel and Powerpoint skills
