MAIN JOB PURPOSE
· Plan and implement the following objectives:
· Secondary sales
· Distribution
· Cover
· Merchandising
· Provide training and coaching required for FDV
· Management of distributors
JOB SUMMARY
· Plan and implement secondary sales
- Phase annual target per month, per week and per brand; Make the weekly reporting including: Sales volumes vs.Obj and LY; KPI's; The activities of competition;
- Analyze trends in sales volumes and values by category, brand and SKU
- Base sales targets according to coverage of the region, the distribution of brands, potential of the region and promotional activities;
- Brief daily EOL on daily goal (volumes, promotional activities, launch, priorities ...)
- Evaluate the daily sales of the EOL
- Compare the sellers performance, competitive intelligence, development of specials ...
- Report the KPI's to the hierarchy and the communication board,
- Manage customer relationship
· Plan and carry out distribution targets
- Negotiate and accept the distribution target:
· by brand and SKU;
· by type of PoP (LG, MG, SG, Rural);
- Assess the distribution of brands Gap vs. The objective;
· Plan and execute hedging purposes
- Negotiate and accept the coverage target
- Know the customer universe
- Planning a coverage plan (LG, MG & SG)
- Identify and segment customers in the area (continuous update the database)
- Develop a plan to extend coverage
- Know the card and client concentration
- Spread the customer portfolio by seller
· Plan and implement merchandising objectives
- Know the merchandising plans (hardware, Plano gram, ...)
- Receiving equipment
- Recruit merchandisers
- Train merchandisers
- Follow implementation
- Monitor the implementation in the PDV
· Provide training and coaching to the EOL
- Accompany the Sellers
- Follow perf sellers
-The sales stages for sellers
- Evaluation of FDV
· Manage the distributor
- Sharing, Tracking KPIs: Distribution, PDM, OOS, Contribution by category, channel, ...
- Tracking and ROI optimization: Investments; charges; Inventories and work; Margins
- Monitoring, customer service indicators Review: St, OOS, Customer Service, Sales phasing;
- Monitoring and recommendation of HR.
