Job description

Background & Purpose of the Job
The District Manager will lead all CD resource within the defined geography having ownership of all business results within, including all local Push and local Pull activities, as well as operating & discretionary spend budgets. Balancing the resource of Pull and Push to optimize coverage and results of existing and new customers.

· Leading and developing CD team within geography
· Strategically targeting and executing new business prospects (Distributor, 50% of time, and Operator, 50% of time)
· Full execution of UFS Annual Operating Plan and quarterly initiatives
· Lead and train team to develop Regional Restaurant Chains (
· Cultivating relationships with distributors to better promote Unilever Food Solution's products
· Lead and train team to Partner with restaurant executives and chefs to develop and grow their business
· Lead and train team to Partner with Distributor to accelerate their market growth through training & collaborating with their Sales teams and executing marketing programs.
· Trade funds' investments (Distributor Marketing Programs & Operator Purchase Programs)

The role will require development and execution of annual plans aligned to both the strategic agendas (incl Joint Business Plans) of key accounts and the UFS annual requirement for delivery in the channel.

What You'll Need To Succeed
· +3 years sales experience in foodservice required
· Knowledgeable in Salesforce.com or other CRM tools
· Branded Executional Experience
· Proven track record of sales growth
· Bachelor's Degree in Business & financial acumen or related field preferred
