MAIN JOB PURPOSE


The Depot Assistant Manager will monitor the Depot operations of the appointed 3PL and coordinate with Transport Operation the truckers’ compliance to required fleet supply, ensure Cost Efficient operations and implement Warehouse Safety requirements and Warehouse Life Saving Golden rule and to manage Depot Resource Planning and ensure Efficient Flow of Goods from Factory to CDC

JOB SUMMARY
· Prepare report for Monthly Business Review for a monthly meeting presentation.
· Monitor daily Dispatch Capacity requirements based on daily volume of orders.
· Collate monthly Depot Operations and Performance reports and check achievement of Performance Indicators (KPI) in Good Warehousing and Transportation Practices.
· Organize monthly Operations and performance review meeting.
· Determine necessary resources to meet Customer and Delivery Service level.
· Monitor the depot productivity and develop process improvement to eliminate business wastes in the Operations.
· Oversee the daily compliance of the depot operations in Unilever Safety and Quality standards on Good Warehousing and Transportation Practices (GWTP)

KEY REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelors degree in Engineering, Sciences or Accountancy
· Minimum 3 years experience in Warehousing and Distribution operations (preferably from FMCG) with 1 year supervisory experience
· Proven strong leadership, hands-on, and adept in handling people
· Analytical and can do management reports
· Service oriented attitude
· Willing to be mobile within the Distribution Centers, Depots and Warehouse within the country
· Willing to be assigned in Cabuyao, Laguna
