Who You Are & What You’ll Do
Job Summary
· Carry out instore execution excellence at targeted customers
· Ensure optimum use of retail investments
· Conduct shelf replenishing and perfect store execution including planograms & pricing
· Coordination of activities meeting with perfect execution of promotions
· Ensure optimal use of retail assets including gondola and other displays
· Gather trade intelligence - feedback opportunities
Job Responsibilities
· To host activities/meetings ensuring inputs and communicating deliverables
· Carry out training and communication of all products/planograms to merchandisers
· To host quarterly merchandiser meetings to promote communication and reward
· To conduct trade audits/shopper insight surveys as required
· To report stock outs to sales team
· Manage arrival of promotional stock and advertising materials
· Ensure timely execution of plans with team
· Manage optimum use of merchandiser team (headcount and routes)
· Monitor and report on key competitor activity
· Ensure merchandisers represents Unilever appropriately
What You’ll Need To Succeed
BA/BS required
2+ Years of experience in Marketing, with specific experience in Trade Marketing
