CDI DIGITAL MANAGER H/F

DATE AND TYPE OF CONTRACT: CDI starting as soon as possible.
We are currently looking for 2 Digital Strategy Managers: One who will oversee Food & Refreshments and one for Beauty-Personal Care & Home Care.
YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
You will own and shape the digital agenda for your categories in France, ensuring fit within the categories and brand ambitions, translate the strategies into actionable digital plans and ensure flawless execution with a multi-functional team of Unilever experts in the marketing, media, CRM and ecommerce departments. As the expert in your field you are empowered to make decisions on digital initiatives and define the core digital platforms for the brand. You will also act as the squad leader of multifunctional teams to explore experimental ideas to deliver tangible consumer and business benefits. The impact of your actions will be clear and will create a repeatable approach for the rest of the business.
Your responsibility revolves around 4 key themes:
· The definition of digital consumer journeys and data driven digital strategy (data by design) & develop supporting Use Cases to show value of data driven marketing
· Determine digital priorities and projects for the brands in your category to serve the personae & the consumer journeys
· Relentless focus on driving precision and performance communication to the people we serve and act as a champion and catalyst to drive data first mindset & eCommerce through the organisation
· Creating and driving excellence in consumer experience through all digital touchpoints with the relevant specialists of the Digital Hub
You will be playing pivotal role in developing our data driven marketing agenda (precision marketing/performance marketing/ 1to1), leveraging consumer data and technology to identify relevant and actionable audiences and develop tailored & memorable digital experiences.
YOUR ACCOUNTABILITIES
· Craft and implement an ambitious digital and data strategy for our portfolio of brands based on the categories global strategy, the relevant brand strategies and ensuring relevance to our consumers' needs as well as business and local market context.
· Working with a cross functional team of media (team & agencies), CRM, eCommerce, (performance) marketing, content production and analytics to drive digital brand priorities, consumer journeys, audience definition for precision marketing, acquisition and use of data.
· Ensure perfect digital execution with excellent consumer experience full funnel from awareness to conversion and retention.
· Owns the category & brands search strategy by ensuring search strategy is aligned with key brand jobs to be done
· Help define content needs based on the digital strategy and consumer journey/touchpoints and support brands to develop appropriate content ecosystems: drive digital content creation efficiency and adaptation of Dynamic Content Optimisation
· Owns digital agencies relationships (property maintenance, content creation & automation, digital strategy) and manages briefing and workstreams to land brands objectives in digital channels
· Focus and manage priority setting for Consumer Experience Excellence across all touchpoints (from site UX, load times, data capture & contact strategy to social engagement)
· Evangelizing a digital mindset including driving the adoption of data-driven, performance culture, experimentation, learning and iteration through upskilling of the broader marketing teams
· Driving the adoption of key digital tools and capabilities that are being rolled out across the business across Content, Media, eCommerce and data marketing
· And via the above of course: delivering business growth aligned with set KPIs.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
For this role we are seeking a strategic thinker, team player and a flawless executor with 5+ years' experience in the digital marketing industry, either client-side or agency and preferably 3 years of experience in e-Commerce
· You are capable of communicating with impact & across different levels across the organization and be able to influence the organization as a performance marketing ambassador
· Practical, cross-platform knowledge of data-driven marketing; Confident understanding of marketing and analytics packages e.g. Google Analytics, Programmatic, relationship marketing. Knowledge of Adobe Suite would be preferable.
· Cross-discipline digital knowledge including but not limited to Social and Search, UX, eCRM, Acquisition and retention marketing and appreciation of emerging technology including voice and AI.
· Strong understanding of Consumer Journey mapping and Consumer Experience management, activating reach/ engagement opportunities and driving conversion across key touch-points.
· A track record of developing & executing digital strategies, designing and deploying campaigns, testing and optimising.
· Consumer centric - able to intuitively understand and relate to what consumers need, distil data to get to insights that resonate with consumers. Connecting on & offline in the consumer journey.
· You are fluent in French and English.
