MAIN JOB PURPOSE:
The role will look after E-Commerce, management of Direct Selling distribution model and new distributors.

JOB SUMMARY
· Ensures sales delivery from assigned distributor in given territory
· Responsible for Import Operational Outputs such as forecasting, budgeting, pricing, and business reviews
· In-charge of E-Commerce business of Unilever brands
· Responsible for Direct Selling Partner Management

KEY REQUIREMENTS

· With Bachelor's Degree
· Preferably from Consumer Goods industry
· At least 2 years of experience in field sales (e.g. Modern Trade, Distribution Trade, or General Trade)
· Experience in Trade Marketing or Cycle Planning is an advantage
· Excellent communication skills
· High leadership skills
· Stakeholder management skills
