You love to win, and have fun doing it: Being on the TRESemme team is being on an endless pursuit of growth. As the biggest brand in a rapidly fragmenting category we look for growth wherever we can find it; the ideal candidate for this job will enjoy seeking out all opportunities to win.

You're a culture & change champion: One of the biggest priorities for the TRESemme brand is driving relevance. We are doing this via a major step change in how we approach communications, partners, social, etc. If you have an eye for culture and enjoy pushing past the status-quo to find new ways of doing things better – this is a great job for you.
