On Friday 15 th December , it was announced that Unilever was to sell the Spreads business to KKR and the transfer of ownership is expected to take place in July 2018 . KKR are committed to supporting the business' growth ambition, whilst continuing to follow Unilever's responsible sourcing policies , including working towards the goal of sourcing 100 per cent sustainable palm oil by 2019.

Your Role

The purpose of the ACBM role is to drive profitable growth through the development and execution of the Joint Business Plan.

Your Main Responsibilities:
· Involved in the annual Category review process
· Selling in innovation, influencing sku assortment decisions as well as shelf placement and macro space strategies.
· Strategy Development: Analyze information and work closely with other colleagues to develop business strategies to win while executing brand strategies
· Build, update, review and execute a collaborative plan Including negotiation and implementation of pricing, promotions, innovation, shelf placement, shopper marketing.
· Identify a specific problem or opportunity to tackle, and give themselves permission to do something about it
· Your Personal Power! At BCS we want you to bring your ideas, your motivation and desire to succeed! This part of the role is up to you to complete.

Skills and Experience Required:
· Self motivator with a sales background and direct selling experience.
· Min of 2 years in a Sales Analyst role & or direct selling experience.
· Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
· Proficient in analyzing data
