The HR Technology Unit is part of the newly constituted department within the Group Human Capital function namely HR Transformation and Operations Office and has the mission to design, develop, maintain the HR Information Technology solutions with related reporting, integrate HR Systems with internal/external applications, manage infrastructure and database services according to the security Group guidelines
Job description
Within the Development & Maintenance Area we are looking for Software Developer who will be responsible for developing new projects and providing maintenance of existing projects
He/she will be in charge of the following activities
• Collect and analyze process data to increase productivity
• Analyze and measure the effectiveness of existing IT processes
• Design, develop and maintain for :
◦ Screens of applications
◦ Services of Data Bases
◦ Integration and conversion
Skills & Qualifications
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject.
• Proven experience as a Software Developer, Software Engineer or similar role.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge of C# coding language and .Net Framework.
• Able to work with version control systems in a team, preferably TFS.
• Experience in web development with MVC over ASP.NET
• Experience with 3rd Party UI Libraries like DevExpress and KendoUI.
• Knowledge of popular libraries/frameworks like NLog, AutoMapper, Unity
• Experience with databases and Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) frameworks (e.g. NHibernate)
• Deep understanding of OOP and design patterns

· Analytical thinking, problem solving, passion and skills on systems
· Team working ability in an international Group
· Fluent in written and spoken English
· Willing to travel
· 2-3 years of previous experience
