Name of Job: Junior FPA Specialist
Job Objective:
Responsible for performing Epilepsy tests and making sure that the product does not have any
issues related to Photosensitivity.
Responsibilities:
·
Plan and Schedule Epilepsy passes according to available project deadlines and milestones.
·
Perform the epilepsy tests on the assigned projects within the stipulated time.
·
Identify photosensitivity issues and flag them according to their severity along with proper fixing solutions and test result documentation.
·
Send the test reports to the Producers/Development teams/QC teams at least 1 week prior to milestone deadlines to accommodate for time to fix the issues and re-test.
·
Plan and perform regular regression cycles on titles with Photosensitivity issues.
·
Update the Photosensitivity group on a daily basis with the task status report along with a report at the end of each week.
·
Establish a communication link between Epilepsy and the Functionality team.
·
Update SharePoint with the upcoming projects and schedule for future tests and make sure that there are no conflicts.
·
Participate in weekly meetings conducted by the Immediate Manager or seniors and convey potential risks and solutions with an open mind.
Requirements:
·
Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills with respect to all currently available platforms.
·
Extensive knowledge of all gaming genres and comfortable with testing VR titles for long sessions.
·
Strong project management skills.
·
Should be able to complete the walkthroughs in a very short time.
·
Ability to accommodate last minute requests to perform tests.
·
Ability to schedule and complete the tests with minimal guidance.
·
Should be able to work autonomously.
·
Excellent interpersonal and people interaction skill.
·
Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
·
Should be able to assess and analyze risks for all projects.
·
Should be able to maintain focus when multitasking.
·
Maintain efficiency under pressure.
·
Open to changes and self-improvement.
·
Readily accept new challenges and accomplish goals as per the given
deadline.
