We are a fast-paced growing company and very ambitious, aiming for double digit growth year on year, are profitable and make major investments in our global hosting and software platform, opening new locations around the globe every year and are currently active in 25 countries and have over 40 hosting locations.  As a result, there is a need for more in-depth management information and analysis.

This is a very broad and hands on role, where you will be preparing the monthly reports for our shareholder, in depth management reports for the board of directors, create dashboards which show financial performance vs budget and last year and track the progress of our main KPI’s. You will also be responsible for assuring completeness of revenue and detect possible efficiencies and cost savings.

You will be reporting directly to the CFO and will act as the financial conscience of the company ensuring spending takes place with a lean and agile mindset of costs vs benefits. You will be responsible for preparing solid business cases based on the input from the MT (for new projects/products) and based on your reports the board of directors can make well-informed decisions.

An important responsibility is being the bridge between our company and the publicly listed shareholder for their financial reporting requirements, preparing the annual budget and quarterly forecasts will be an important part of your role.

About you

You have at least 5 years of experience as an FP&A Manager or as a Business Controller, preferably in a hosting company.

Responsibilities

·  Monthly shareholder reporting
·  Setting up, finetuning and preparing monthly management reports (financials and KPI’s)
·  Safeguarding completeness of revenue
·  Detect possible efficiencies and cost savings
·  Report on costs vs output of departments
·  First contact point for Ubisoft Corporate Finance team
·  Preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts and cash flow forecasts
·  Be the sparring partner for Operations, Commercial and Development team

Skills and requirements

·  Bachelor’s degree in Finance and/or Business Control
·  At least 5 years of experience in a comparable role
·  Knowledge of IFRS
·  Excellent analytical skills
·  Experience with setting up management reports (financials and relevant KPI’s)
·  Creating clear dashboards to track performance
·  Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
·  Having experience with PowerBI is a plus
·  Ability to rapidly change roles/responsibilities while working in a challenging work environment
·  Experience with implementing an ERP system and setting up cost center structures is a big plus
·  Pro-active, hands-on attitude, pragmatic, team-player
·  Fluent in English and Dutch
