We are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced AI Program Manager to lead our ambitious AI projects, manage communications around AI technologies, and keep our teams informed on the latest trends in technology and business landscapes.

As an AI Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of AI projects within the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, ML engineers, AI researchers, software developers, and stakeholders, to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in alignment with our business objectives. Your expertise in AI, product management, and strategic communication will be crucial in navigating the complexities of AI project development, deployment, and the broader impact of AI technologies.

Key responsabilities :

·  Depending on the project structure, oversee or lead the planning and implementation of AI projects, including defining project scope, roadmap, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
·  Facilitate communication and collaboration among teams and stakeholders, ensuring clarity of goals and alignment of efforts.
·  Act as a primary point of communication for all matters related to AI technologies within the organization, ensuring clear and consistent messaging.
·  Conduct regular technology and business watch activities to stay informed on the latest AI technologies, industry trends, and competitive landscape, sharing insights and recommendations with the team and stakeholders.
·  Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, environmental, and ethical standards related to AI development and deployment.
·  Evaluate project outcomes and report on project success and areas for improvement to senior management. Establish a framework for AI industrialization at scale.
·  Proven experience as a Program Manager or Product Manager in the AI domain.
·  Strong understanding of AI technologies, machine learning models, and their practical applications.
·  Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and executing complex projects.
·  Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and engage stakeholders.
·  Demonstrated ability to manage communications around complex technologies and conduct effective technology and business watch.
·  Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
