Your destination
Within the Human resources Department (Learning Group), the intern will work with the team in charge of two development programmes :
Innov'Cluster international, the incubator of Transdev, an intrapreneurship program issued from a collaboration between the innovation and the human resources departments. Innov'Cluster international gathers countries teams working on innovative projects.
Trans'Lead is a talent development program aimed at developing Top Managers, identified through People review process as demonstrating a strong development potential.

Your Roadmap
The intern will help the coordination team on a variety of different tasks :
Innov'Cluster International : accompagnying the project teams towards the final pitch, working with the innovation agency that support the program, Fabernovel
Trans'Lead : designing the program, running the selection process and assessments, delivering the module(s) and the action learning part
Set a learning action plan for a Transdev country: prior internal audit and creating a skills development action plan.>

Profil recherché

Your Experience
Human Resources background preferred - Enrolled in a Master Degree
You are fluent in English and French.

Your Strengths
You are a highly enthusiastic digital native. You are creative and you enjoy team work.
You have an excellent written and oral communication skills.
You are organized and autonomous.

To Know
Internship based in France - Issy les Moulineaux at Transdev Group Head Office and will start as soon as possible for 6 months.
