Job Description

·  SPOC for all TGITS recurring services (escalation, advice, assistance on standard requests,…)
·  SPOC for Branch IT services and coordination with Branch corporate IT team for all IT topics.
·  Local vendors management: DELL, Telco, Mobile, VC, Structures Cabling, Printer HW
·  Reporting to Affiliate Manager
·  End User Communication and training
·  Software license management
·  Coordinate local activities for IT project implementations
·  On demand infrastructure support
·  Provide support for business Applications and/or MS office when requested
·  Project/request follow-up when requested
·  Collect TGITS information and share with MS affiliates
·  Collect IT/IS information, including local IT projects from affiliate and report to Head of IT/IS of MS APMO and TGITS APAC BPO for MS
·  Support affiliate  - follow up affiliate local IT concern/complain/escalation;
·  Support affiliate to formulate project

Candidate profile

·  To be filled in for offers published externallyService oriented with an in-depth understanding on TGITS and Branch DSI organizations, service offers (OSP), processes
·  Able to work independently and under pressure
·  Highly motivated with a strong sense of commitment and able to respond swiftly to critical system issues at all times
·  Strong organizational sense as well as sound oral and written communication skills
·  Minimum 5 years’ experience of IT service management
·  Baccalaureate + 2 years IT studies.
·  ITIL qualifications
·  Experience in project Management is appreciated
