We are offering an internship for someone who intends to be involved in a challenging Credit Department environment, as well as project related activities.

Under the responsibility of the Senior Financial Solutions officer -  Credit Dept/Finance Business Division.

Mission . 
·  assist in the day to day management of the factoring program to be implemented  within T&S
·  Member of a team professionals handling over 1,200 counterparties representing billions of US Dollars in credit lines.
Task : ​​
·  Goal : Improve and optimize the process from selection to submission of receivables under the factoring program
Action : Analyse the full chain of operations involved and work on passible optimizations/improvements.
Tools : T&S internal system Excel.
·  Goal : Setting up reporting and performing quantitative analysis on program performance
Action :  Work on reporting tools for its management and streamline procedures for other stakeholders from T&S.
Tools :  T&S  internal system Excel, Python.

Candidate profile

·  In progress/finishing a Master’s degree in Finance / Economy
·  Excellent communication skills in English/French combined with good financial and economic analysis and write up abilities.
·  Proficient use of Python/VBA is required.
·  Strong interest and curiosity for commodity trading
·  A previous experience in financial analysis gained in a bank, insurance company, rating company or commodity trading company will be advantage.
·  Only University sponsored applications will be considered (tripartite agreement)
·  Due to restriction applied to work permits in Switzerland we can only accept applications from Swiss or EU citizens.
·  Internship starts in Q1 2021
