Job Description
· Assists the CEO with daily administrative duties and completes a broad variety of administrative tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence; arranging detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas.
· Work closely with all the other Function Heads and deal with multifarious subjects that come up for CEOs decision, review etc.
· Have thorough understanding of the business and all its related strategic, financial, operational and developmental aspects and in turn should help the CEO to take go or no go decision.
· Prepare presentations, MIS Reports & analytical study of various financial .Prepare and review Reports and Variance analysis with estimates and projections.
· Assist the CEO in tracking the key business parameters of the business.
· Manage and ensure execution of specific assignments / projects initiated by the CEO.
· Conducts research on prospective corporate and foundation donors to identify and evaluate current needs and assembles materials needed for the proposals.
· Drafts reports, proposals, prepares and coordinates oral and written communication with the team.
