Job Description

We have a new opportunity for an Ancillary Services Manager who will work within our Operations function.
This key role is responsible for the end-to-end value chain for ancillary services delivered to Total Gas & Power’s customers and third party intermediaries, including: energy data services, new meter connections and metering services, and energy efficiency services.
The jobholder will be responsible for innovation and improvement initiatives (product and service development), achieving an annual margin contribution from the provision of ancillary services, customer development and relationship management, supply chain management, and line management of an internal team responsible for ancillary services.  The jobholder will also regularly report on the value of ancillary services to Total Gas & Power and its customers, and provide assurance that this value is realised.

Qualifications / Experience  

·  Degree educated in a related subject
·  Minimum of three years energy industry experience in a similar role
·  Supply chain management experience
·  Team management and/or project management experience
